Lawmakers ‘gutted like a fish’ lawsuit to stop Capital annex

“In light of what we saw on Jan. 6 and have been learning in the hearings, I think we’d want to be able to conceal where we’re taking our at-risk VIPs, the governor and the legislators,” said Dick Cowan, a retired civil engineer and spokesman for Save Our Capitol!, the group trying to stop the project.
