Class claims Rivian underpriced electric vehicles are consolidated
Shareholders sued Rivian, which counts Amazon among its investors, in March, saying investors were swindled when the prices of Rivian’s R1S SUV and R1T vehicles were abruptly raised after the company went public on Nasdaq in November 2021.




An investor class action accusing Rivian of underpricing its electric vehicles before an initial public offering has been consolidated with two other lawsuits in federal court in Los Angeles and Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check LLC was named lead counsel, with Larson LLP named as local counsel.
The plaintiffs filed a consolidated complaint against Rivian, several executives, and IPO underwriters.
