Judge dismisses blue state effort to retrieve EPA case from circuit
U.S. District Judge William Alsup called the blue states’ motion “gamesmanship” in “the war between the states.”
Federal trial Judge William Alsup blocked a procedural attempt by several Democratic-controlled states and conservation groups to undermine the federal appeals process and take back jurisdiction of a lawsuit filed against a Trump administration rule that loosened environmental regulations.
