Orrick partners must comply with arbitrator’s subpoena in Jones Day dispute
The decision reversed a ruling by a federal trial judge in Oakland who concluded he lacked the authority to compel attendance by Orrick chairman Mitchell S. Zuklie and former managing partner Michael D. Torpey. Jones Day is suing over the defection of one of its European partners.
