FBI agent appears to undercut case against accused Twitter spy

A spokesman for the U. S. Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of California declined to comment Monday regarding the reason given to the court for why a government witness was unable to testify last week because of COVID symptoms but could still board planes to and from Washington, D.C

An FBI agent revealed under cross examination Monday that her investigation into the email and text messages of a former Twitter employee found no direct transfer of any user private information to the right hand man of the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed Bin Salman, seemingly undercutting the government’s case.
