Proposed class says Amazon doesn’t accommodate breastfeeding workers
The request for class certification was filed by Bradley/Grombacher LLP on behalf of a woman who said the warehouse in Riverside County had one 6-by-6-foot space shared by several mothers, and only five minutes breaks were allowed.




A proposed class action accuses Amazon.com of failing to provide enough time or space for breastfeeding mothers in its warehouses.
"Amazon isn't just harming mothers, they're harming babies," Kiley L. Grombacher, founding partner of Bradley/Grombacher LLP, said in a news release on Friday. "Amazon is literally interfering with people's basic biology when they fail to provide basic care for their employees."
