Hagens Berman takes on Apple for French developers after US clients’ win

“Apple is facing pending litigation on many fronts, as the walls of its antitrust behavior slowly crumble,” said plaintiffs’ counsel Steve W. Berman.

A proposed class action was filed against Apple Inc. in California on behalf of French operating system developers who claim the company has willfully monopolized app distribution and services.
