LA County OKs $19.5M payment to man paralyzed when car sped off highway
“For the rest of his life, my client will depend on someone else for survival,” lead plaintiff’s attorney Daniel Balaban of Balaban & Spielberger LLP said. “This settlement will help provide the nursing services, medical care, and mobility equipment he needs to pursue the most productive life possible.”
