LIV Golf players to seek restraining order on PGA Tuesday

On behalf of the PGA Tour, Elliot R. Peters argued that the public interest didn’t favor an injunction, taking swipes at the new league and criticizing LIV Golf as not being a “rational economic actor.”

Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP partner Elliot R. Peters on Monday attacked the bid by three LIV Golf players to play in an upcoming tournament run by the PGA Tour, his client.
