Career fairs like the one the Sacramento County Superior Court will host on Saturday are a regular occurrence for many employers around the country. Except the court in California’s capital city has never had one before, staff said this week.
In fact, courts throughout the state appear to have large numbers of job openings. This could reflect generational turnover and a job market that remains tight for skilled workers.
