Employees stole secrets worth $5M, auto parts maker says

Murchison & Cumming, representing Race Winning Brand, demanded $75,000, plus damages of potentially $5 million, from three employees who went to a competing company.

Automotive parts manufacturer Race Winning Brands filed a trade secrets lawsuit against its former marketing manager, Mark Gearheart, accusing him of misappropriating confidential information in his new role at competing company Holley Performance Parts Inc.
