Newsom taps appeals court justice, 17 trial court judges

Thomas A. Delaney has been a judge on the Orange County Superior Court since 2014. If confirmed, he will sit on Division 3 of the 4th District.

Gov. Gavin Newsom nominated a judge to a seat on the 4th District Court of Appeal, Division 3, and named 17 people to positions on superior courts throughout the state.
