Old Navy site records mouse clicks, keystrokes, lawsuit claims
“This software allows defendant to surreptitiously record every aspect of a visitor’s interaction with the website, including keystrokes, mouse clicks, data entry and other electronic communications,” said the complaint filed in federal court by attorney Scott Ferrell.




An attorney filed a proposed privacy class action complaint against Old Navy on Wednesday saying that the retailer illegally and secretly wiretapped communications on its website.
