California plaintiffs lawyers hail passage of PACT Act

The Camp Lejeune Justice Act of 2022 allows a two-year window to file a complaint against the government for any afflicted service members who were near Camp Lejeune for at least 30 days between 1953 and 1987. The Eastern District of North Carolina court will have jurisdiction over the cases, but many California attorneys and firms are expected to participate.
