Bay Area attorney Dennis P. Riordan was known for his mastery of the appellate procedure, readiness to take on the toughest cases, often on behalf of criminal defendants, and dogged determination to keep fighting, his colleagues and family said Monday.
The co-founder of Riordan & Horgan in Oakland died Thursday at 73 after being diagnosed with cancer in 2015.
