Robinhood Financial LLC and a class of users who allegedly had their account data compromised in a 2020 breach will present a settlement agreement to U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan van Keulen on Aug. 23 for approval, according to a docket entry posted Monday.
Robinhood admitted no wrongdoing according to the proposed settlement.
