IPO ‘errors’ bring class action against MINISO, others

“The registration statement was negligently prepared and, as a result, contained untrue statements of material facts or omitted to state other facts …” wrote Laurence M. Rosen of Rosen Law Group PA.

A proposed class action alleging federal security law violations was filed Wednesday against lifestyle retailer MINISO Group Holding Ltd., Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC and BofA Securities Inc.

Plaintiffs’ attorney Laurence M. Rosen filed the lawsuit in the Central District of California, saying that Miniso misled investors with a falsified registration statement for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
