Proposed class sues Whole Foods over beef labels

The lawsuit, filed by Girard Sharp LLP and Grime Law, alleges Whole Foods was aware the beef contained antibiotics.

Whole Foods is being sued in a proposed consumer class action filed by the anti-factory farm group Farm Forward and several customers who said they bought beef from the company that was found to have traces of antibiotics despite the company’s slogan “‘No Antibiotics, Ever.’”
