Judge says he’s may grant Apple’s demurrer in Epic Games case

The maker of Fortnite is challenging the App Store fee structure. Apple says Epic keeps changing the complaint. “This case was originally about trying to get back money that had been taken away when Fortnite was removed from the app store and it’s morphed twice now,” Ethan D. Dettmer told Judge Sunil R. Kulkarni.
