Iranian green card applicants sue to speed immigration process

“The Department has withheld and unreasonably delayed the adjudication of Plaintiffs’ diversity visa applications by failing to consider diversity visa applicants in the rank order of their selection,” their lawyer, Curtis Lee Morrison, said.

A group of Iranian Green Card applicants sued U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, claiming they have been illegally denied interviews to enter the United States.
