No evidence Girardi’s wife knew of alleged fraud, judge says

A Los Angeles County judge dismissed on Monday entertainer Erika Girardi from a case brought by two lawyers who claimed Girardi was in cahoots with her estranged husband, the plaintiffs attorney Thomas V. Girardi, who allegedly failed to pay them their part of a case they worked on together.
