Jury trial set for Katten Muchin malpractice lawsuit
Katten Muchin Rosenman and partner Carol A. Johnston have denied all allegations in the lawsuit over an estate plan and alleged cover-up.
A Los Angeles judge set a new jury trial date on Thursday for a malpractice lawsuit against Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. The suit accuses firm partner Carol A. Johnston of mishandling an estate plan and attempting to coerce her client into participating in a cover-up.
