Securities attorney indicted in pump-and-dump scheme

Andrew Coldicutt, a sole practitioner in San Diego, declined to comment on the charges. According to his website, Coldicutt founded the law office in 2010 to advise clients on securities compliance and corporate governance.

A federal grand jury indicted a San Diego corporate and securities attorney on charges in connection with a pump-and-dump scheme.

Andrew Coldicutt, a sole practitioner, declined to comment on the charges when reached by phone Wednesday. He was indicted Aug. 16 and made his first appearance in federal court last Friday.
