Biotech company sues former CEO over remarks about co-founder
“The widespread distribution of Leire’s false statements has tarnished Enochian’s reputation and caused Enochian to suffer substantial harm,” read the complaint filed in the Central District court by K&L Gates LLP managing partner Christina N. Goodrich.




A former CEO of Enochian Biosciences in Los Angeles was sued for defamation after he told the Wall Street Journal that other board members fired him for raising concerns about the company’s co-founder, who has since been indicted on a murder conspiracy charge. The company said the ex-CEO was let go for business reasons, because they want new leadership..
