Montana professor named to 9th Circuit, Altshuler Berzon partner to Northern District

President Joe Biden on Friday nominated a University of Montana law professor and former Montana state solicitor to replace U.S. District Judge Sidney R. Thomas on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
