California Lawmakers Eyeing Greater Pay Transparency
If signed into law by Gov. Newsom, SB 1162 would expand the state’s pay data reporting and pay transparency requirements by requiring disclosure of pay data concerning employees hired through labor contractors and the provision of pay scale information to employees upon request.
