Christian doctors win injunction on assisted suicide law
The law “exceeds merely managing medical records — it imposes an affirmative documentation requirement,” wrote U.S. District Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha.
A federal judge in Los Angeles granted a preliminary injunction blocking enforcement of part of a California law requiring doctors to participate in any way in assisted suicide.
