Attorneys expect $11M in landmark slip and fall case

“I think a lot of the success that we had at trial was based on us being able to break down the intricacies and details of complex regional pain syndrome,” said Pejman A. Ben-Cohen of Carpenter & Zuckerman.

Attorneys with Carpenter & Zuckerman secured a $9 million judgment in San Diego County Superior Court, and said they expect it to be even more, for a client in a slip-and-fall case against AMC movie theaters in what they said might be one the largest of its kind in California.
