IP and cryptocurrency partner joins DLA Piper in LA.

James Williams moved from Arent Fox, where he was a partner and chair of the cryptocurrency practice, as well as counselor to sports teams, media companies and others on deals including venture financing, intellectual property, blockchain and cross-border licensing matters.

James S. Williams, an attorney with 20 years of experience in corporate, securities, intellectual property and cryptocurrency transactions, has joined DLA Piper as a partner in Los Angeles.
