Gascon’s opponents say they haven’t given up on recall
Gascon, who took office in December 2020, has moved on. The state Supreme Court agreed Aug. 31 to hear an appeal of a ruling that allows line prosecutors to seek enhancements under California’s Three Strikes Law over his objections.
