Former DOJ antitrust lawyer joins Shook Hardy & Bacon
Ryan M. Sandrock, who will co-chair the firm’s antitrust practice, will focus on litigation, investigations, transactions and counseling with a competition or consumer protection nexus, the firm said.
A former member of the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division joined Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP in San Francisco on Monday.
