Duane Morris calls merger with L&E boutique a commitment to Bay Area
More than half the team from Curley, Hurtgen & Johnsrud are based in Menlo Park and the merger "will enhance an already robust, global practice, deepening the range of skills and services available to clients of both firms," according to a joint statement from the firms.




Duane Morris LLP, with four offices in California, said Tuesday it would add 18 attorneys to its labor and employment practice through a merger with boutique Curley, Hurtgen & Johnsrud LLP, a move firm leaders said demonstrates a commitment to the Northern California market.
