California Law Revision Commission elects new leaders

The commission is currently studying antitrust law, the Equal Rights Amendment, emergency-related reforms, and reorganizing and cleaning up the Fish and Game Code and a number of toxic substances statutes.

UC Berkeley law lecturer David A. Carrillo was elected chairperson of the California Law Revision Commission and former U.S. Ambassador to New Zealand David Huebner was elected vice-chairperson.

Both will serve a term of one year.
