Aerojet promotes from within filling general counsel vacancy

“Joe’s exceptional legal expertise has been a tremendous asset to Aerojet Rocketdyne since he joined the company as Deputy General Counsel,” Aerojet Rocketdyne CEO and President Eileen P. Drake said.

On the heels of a failed merger and other legal woes, Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. named a new general counsel.

Joseph E. Chontos was promoted to vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. He has been with the company since 2018.
