Constitutionality of Proposition 30 is questionable
While most initiatives contain a single subject by focusing on one policy area, some initiatives are so far-reaching that they violate the single subject rule. Proposition 30 on the November 2022 ballot may very well be one of those initiatives that fails to pass constitutional muster.
