PAGA action against ABC Studios moves to federal court
Although the charges added in the amended complaint are the only two claims to fall under federal jurisdiction of a total of 11 causes of action, all claims are subject to the U.S. District Court’s supplemental jurisdiction, defense attorney Blake R.
