Attorneys praise DOJ’s national crypto prosecutor network
“Although regulatory uncertainty continues to cloud the crypto sector, the federal criminal laws have always applied and I suspect many in the industry will welcome the department’s effort to prosecute those who use cryptocurrency to commit crimes,” William Ridgway of Skadden Arps said.
