FBI agent details communication between Uber executives over breach

FBI special agent Welton Pollard testified that the government found emails early after the breach in which CEO Travis Kalanick asked security chief Joseph Sullivan to make certain Sullivan found a vulnerability, determine the severity of the exposure, was confident the situation could be treated as a bug bounty and tightly document everything.
