Lawyer accused of taking bar for partner pleads 5th in FBI agent's trial

“I invoke my rights under the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution,” said Henrik M. Mosesi of Glendale. He reiterated a different version of the answer to every question posed by defense attorney Steven F. Gruel of San Francisco.

A Glendale attorney who was named by a government witness as having taken the bar exam in the witness’ name in exchange for tens of thousands of dollars pleaded the Fifth Amendment protection to every question on the stand after he was served a subpoena by prosecutors to testify against a former FBI agent accused of corruption.
