Chief Justice to lead Public Policy Institute of California
Public Policy Institute of California began in 1994 with a $70 million endowment from Hewlett-Packard Co. The San Francisco-based non-profit's surveys and research on governance, the economy and other issues are widely quoted by the media in California.





California Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye, who leaves office in January, will lead the Public Policy Institute of California.
