San Diego attorney sworn in as US magistrate for Southern District
Criminal law and business litigation attorney, Lupe Rodriguez Jr., has been appointed as a U.S. magistrate judge by the Southern District of California, filling the vacancy left by Judge Ruth Bermudez Montenegro’s confirmation as a U.S. district court judge.
The oath of office was administered by Chief Judge Dana M. Sabraw on Wednesday.
