Businessman accused of trying to hire a hitman to kill his lawyer
Arthur Raffy Aslanian didn’t want to pay his lawyer’s fee, according to a federal indictment. Aslanian and one of his employees are also accused of trying to hire a hitman to kill another man with him Aslanian had a legal dispute.




A federal grand jury handed down an indictment Thursday accusing a businessman from La Cañada Flintridge and one of his employees of trying to hire a hitman to kill a lawyer and another man who were involved in legal proceedings against him.
