Lassen County judge says discipline charges lack context

Judge Tony R. Mallery says in filing that the Commission on Judicial Performance is embroiled in a local dispute.

A Lassen County judge facing disciplinary proceedings says all his actions were legal and proper and that the Commission on Judicial Performance lacked context and understanding for most of its charges against him.
