A former chief of security at Uber Technologies Inc. was found guilty of hiding a 2016 data breach from federal regulators.
The jury deliberated 20 hours over four days before convicting Joseph Sullivan on Wednesday of obstruction of pending proceedings before a department or agency of the United States and misprision of a felony. He faces up to five years in prison.
