Judge mulls whether Snap must give Meta sensitive documents
Justina K. Sessions of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati argued that two overlapping subpoenas to her client, Snap, demand in-depth documents and sensitive market research information that could harm the company if divulged publicly. Meta’s attorney, Ana N. Paul of Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick PLLC, said that Snap has not been cooperative in negotiating the terms of the subpoenas.




A federal judge in Los Angeles will take under consideration whether social media company Snap will have to turn over potentially sensitive documents to Meta — formerly Facebook — to aid in discovery for multiple lawsuits the latter is facing in California and Washington D.C.
