Democrats running out of time to confirm Biden’s judge nominees

The Senate Judiciary Committee will on Wednesday consider the nominations of University of Montana professor Anthony D. Johnstone for the lone remaining vacancy on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the president’s choice of Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Daniel J. Calabretta for the Eastern District of California.
