LA judge frustrated at slow pace of Disney labor suit

“Do you think we’re going to go down to the wire and then have a dispute just when the five-year statute is going to run or not?” Judge Elihu M. Berle asked counsel at a status conference.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge expressed frustration with the slow pace of a proposed class action against the Walt Disney Company alleging pay discrimination against female employees in California.
