Durie Tangri merger with MoFo followed departures, uncertainty

Several attorneys and recruiters familiar with the firms said they were surprised the deal was announced Wednesday, as it leaves more than 2½ months before the Durie Tangri lawyers are scheduled to join Morrison & Foerster. Some wondered how many Durie Tangri attorneys would end up taking the job.
