Historians needed for expert discovery post-Bruen, state AG says
Deputy Attorney General Robert L. Meyerhoff wrote last week that Senior U.S. District Judge Roger T. Benitez’s briefing schedule in San Diego does not leave nearly enough time for the “focused discovery” necessary under the Supreme Court’s new standard.
