Arbitration ruling for Domino’s drivers must be revisited, U.S. Supreme Court says

The justices told a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel to take a second look at its ruling against Domino’s Pizza in the company’s bid to force drivers who delivered goods to franchisees into arbitration.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday told a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel to take a second look at its ruling against Domino’s Pizza LLC in the company’s bid to force drivers who delivered goods to franchisees into arbitration.

The justices vacated a ruling by Senior 9th Circuit Judge Andrew D. Hurwitz, an appointee of President Barack Obama, that allowed delivery drivers to pursue their class action in federal court.
